Trip to Bkk

Just got back from BKK yesterday. It has been quite a fruitful trip for the 3 of us. Apart from this, i also learnt & understand my colleagues better than before & realised that working & travelling together is so much difference.

1st day upon arrival

We arrived at BKK airport at 9.30am (bkk time) & took a cab to our hotel at Baiyoke Suite for checking in. When we went into our rm, sth did corp up but then have been solved after that.
After leaving our bags in the rm, we went straight to platinum for our shopping & lunch.

We had our early lunch first as our mummy Sam & little Ut Teng are hungry. We ordered a bowl of fish maw, thai fried mee hoon, Ut teng's hot noodle & some juices. After which, we did lots of shopping & walk through all shops in almost every level. Nearly evening, we were all exhausted from all the walking & decided to have a rest & had a drink of coffee at the Black Canyon Cafe.
We also had some crepes too. As we had lots of thing on our hands, we decided to head back to the hotel to leave our things, had a bath & headed to chinatown to have our seafood dinner then to waruput. We reached hotel at 12pm, bath & went to bed to prepare for our next trip.

2nd day in BKK

We woke up at 8am to prepare & had our hotel breakfast buffet at 9am. We took a cab & went to Chinatown " Sampeng" to have a walk. At abt 5pm, we decided to head back to hotel as we are both perspired & also the weather looks like it's going to rain. Luckily, it rained when we are on our way in the cab back to hotel. All of us had our bath & decided to head down to pratumun to have a walk despite of the heavy rain.

At 8.30pm, we decided to go to MBK for our dinner & shopping. It still a bit drizzling, we decide to take the cab but then Ut teng wants to try on a tuktuk instead. We decided to give in & took tuktuk to MBK. On our way there, a family car drove pass us & the whole pool of water on the road splashed up on us making us almost drenched. What a day manz!!

We had our dinner at one of the cafe as usual the mummy & little gal are both hungry. We head up to upper level to buy some foodie & we decided to head to MBK overhead bridge for some shopping but all are closed. We did not know that the area over that side closed at 10pm. Too bad, i have missed lots of shopping for flats & heels =( Ut teng had an early flight at 5pm tomorrow, so Sam mummy & I decided that we should head back to MBK the next day for some shopping.

We reached hotel at 11pm & decided to have an aroma oil full massage in the hotel. The whole process of the massage is so calm & relaxed. After the massage, we were offered some tea & was told that we are not supposed to bath in the next 3 hrs after massage due to the oil & blood circulation. We decided to give a miss in bathing & head to slp after that.

last day in BKK

I had a bad headache & decided to rest in the hotel instead of joining the rest of them to the morning market located at our hotel down stair. Both of them woke up at 6am for the morning market & are back at 8.30am for bathing. This is also the time i woke up to prepare ready to head for my breakfast buffet in the hotel.

We went to pratumum after our breakfast. As it's a Saturday, there is more people than usual weekday in the area. We managed to get our purchase & headed back to our hotel for a quick cold bath due to the hot weather & last packing before our checking out.

We left our bags in the hotel lobby & went for our second purchase before accompanying Ut Teng back to hotel for her hotel pickup to airport at 2.30pm. So, it just left with me & Sam mummy.
As we need to go back to hotel at 6pm for our pickup to airport, we decided to abort our trip to MBK instead we went to platinum.

As i was in the hurry to buy dear's clothing, i have decided to walk ahead to have a look while Sam mummy have her look at her last shopping purchase. Such a coincidence, I saw a couple friend of mine at BKK. We chat a while & i headed back to my shopping.

At 5.15pm, Sam mummy wants to go for a leg massage. I was quite angry then cos we have booked the hotel car at 6pm which means we need to reach hotel at 6pm but then she still feel it's ok to go for a massage. I just accept it & instead waiting for her i decided to walk ard the shopping mall & try to get my last few purchase.

After an hr later, i went back to meet her. She know that i am angry & she apologise to me. We reached the hotel half an hr late, i was being rebuked by the hotel lobby guy for the lateness. Haiz.. We headed to the hotel car & the driver drove us to the airport.

We had our simple dinner at the airport & departure at 10.55pm. Our flight reached SG at 12.30pm, dear came & fetch us & ...

Yeah.. Home sweet home..
