Goodbye 2009, Hello 2010

31.12.2009. Today mark the last day for 2009 & welcoming the brand new year for 2010.
Everyone in the office were rushing on their monthend closing & at the same time happily counting down to knock off at 12.20pm since our company have officially declared half day off.

Reaching home at 2pm & get myself some rest in order to allow me to have sufficient energy to have fun!!! Dear came to pick me at 4pm. Went back to his house to have some rest & prepare ourselves at 8pm to meet our friends for our dinner celebration as we usual.

We reached Bugis at 8.30pm & wait for my galfriend to close her shop. In the meantime, we were thinking of our dinner venue. We decided settled it at Bugis Junction Fish & Co. & ordered our food. Dear & I ordered a jumbo seafood platters, giant drink for ourselves while our friends settled with 2 set of fish & chips. When our food are served, they were fascinated by our huge filling & the appetite we had we finished off our jumbo set.

After our dinner @ 11.45pm, we drove up to Marina expressway bridge to have a view of fireworks to welcome the year of 2010. When the clock strike at 12am, fireworks flashes up into the sky, everyone was shouting, taking out their camera to capture the last moment of 2009. The most shocking is the jam @ at the expressway where all the vehicles stopped and jammed the whole expressway to catch an eye of the firework despite traffic police were actually stopping at the road shoulder. As i was watching the fireworks, i asked myself. What to set for my 2010 resolution?? I guess i already have a list on my blog.. Hope i will be able to fulfill all~

Goodbye 2009, welcome 2010!

To avoid the jam, we decided to leave early to Hortpark. In the end, we missed our way there and was trapped in the maze for 20 mins before our friend relied on the GPS to get our way out to Mount Faber instead. I thought i would be able to have a view of the Xmas tree at the Jewel Box but apparently the lights are off and there i missed it. We went to Bendemeer for our kopi session & headed home at 3.30am.

Goodbye to all the bad luck for 2009, hope 2010 will be a good year for me, u & u & u!!! =)

New hair cut

I have been having my stri. hair for the past 1 yr & feel it's time to change to have a new hair style. Dilemma of if to get a perm or rebond again which make me to check out with my colleagues & friends for opinion.

Made an appointment with my hairstylist on Sunday afternoon. Upon arrival, i still having thoughts of getting perms although most of my answers to my question is rebond. I miss my old perms!!!

In the end, i decided to leave it to my hairstylist to get a new image & she decided to use the latest treatment to perm my hair.

After the whole 4 hrs of ordeal, i made my way down to town to meet my bf. Asked him to comment on my new style, all i gotten answer was: "U love & comfortable with it, can liaoz." OMG.. I know he prefer me in stri. rather than perm hair more., but still he gave me this comforting comment. So sweet of him~ Some of my friends love it while others still prefer my stri. cos it looks a bit matured or i can say auntie.

2nd day of my perm, i started to regret. Cos the fringe & the perms are so unmanageable. I asked my bf on his opinion & i know that he will say i am stupid to waste so much money on it. Instead, he told me that most impt i must be comfortable with it. Awww~~ so understanding & sweet. =)

So guys, stri. hair will be on the way when u see me post up another time in 2010?

Santa Claus is coming to town~!

As i was humming & listening to the song, my fingers are still typing away like mad in order for me to knock off early on Xmas eve. Yeah!! My year- end closing!! This month due to tight deadline, everything have to be rush off like mad..

Reaching office at 9.15am, my desk were filled with present & chocolates from colleagues.. so warming!! I always love receiving Xmas present all along. Dropping my bag on my desk & started to give present to the rest of the colleagues. Every section in our floor are filled with laughter & joy despite of the busy

I had my xmas buffet lunchie @ office which was paid by our own pocket $$ cos we are just hitching on the buffet from another finance section. Awww~ Taking my food & sat at my desk busy typing again.. Knocking off taking SBS transport back at 4pm & prepared myself up to meet dear out friend's house for Xmas celebration.

Although is a simple celebration at Cyndi's house. It's sth different from how we used to celebrated past previous few yrs. I gotten a cute gift from her which i am able to distress myself. haha..

Last but not least, early Xmas present from my dear.. A small short handle red Longchamp bag which he have been wanted me to get ever since Nov. Tiring of me always carrying my Gucci bag ard, he decided to get me a lady like bag.. Thanks Dear.. I love it very muchie..

I also got a surprise xmas gift for him. Gifts do not come easily therefore i have hide it & need him to treasure hunt it on Xmas day. He was happily & smiling when he found his gift. He gave me that full confidence voice: " see I already know what is it!!".. Ya ya ya.. all these thanks to his buddy for giving some hint to it. .

To round up all, this year Xmas have been a fruitful & warming year for me.. Hope the next year will be the same again.. =)

Ho Ho Ho.. Santa Claus is coming to town !!!

It has been such a long time ever since i have updated my blog. Many things happened these 3 months ever since the last post.

Going through a friendship obstacles test being challenged for both couple, all the sadness, dilemma, questioning & standing have been reflected out in our mind. At times, I am about nearly unable to go through all these after our 6 yrs friendship. Every time, i keep questioning where my standing, am i being the one sided party.. etc.. Fortunately, things turn out to be better after truthful part being reflect from them. And here, we have reconciled our friendship & going stronger as ever.

How i wish we will not go through any of these thing ever again. Cos it's just torturing.

I would like to apologise to my dear friend "Crystal" for not able to attend her wedding on last Saturday cos i am away to KL. I saw those clips & pics on her wedding day posted on her fb, you guys really damn rox & it's something which i seldom see in any of the wedding before not to include celebrities. This is so special & heart-warming.

Unfortunately, i am unable to join the guys on your day. I would like to wish the newly-wed couple:
祝你百年好和，早生贵子！

Enough of the sadness & apologises part cos happiness is around the corner!! Guess?? Yes! It's the moment where I get to eat lots of log cakes, buffet, chocolates and not to mention gifts!! Yeah, it's Xmas!!!

This is the only festive which i love most of all. It is not about receiving of gifts but is the decorations & lots lots of xmas treess... not to forget all the gathering.. Cos of most us are always label as the busiest mens & ladies.. (ok ok, i know you guys wanna say it's me!! i admit to it.. * flag white tissue*).

Today is the last day of last min shopping for those who have not gotten any yet or topping up of gifts. Guys, what u are waiting for..!! Time for shopping~!!!!

I am meeting the gals up tonight for a steamboat gathering & gift exchange @ Bugis. Looking forward to meet the guys & i bet tonight will be a wonderful & happening night for all of us.
