At last our lovely bird nest

Today is the day for us.. A choice for our lovely bird nest which we are going to spend our next chapter in 3 yrs time. I was unable to sleep last night cos am anxious abt it.

Date: 8th April 2009
Time: 3.30pm
Destination: TPY HDB Hub

I woke up at 11 am & we went out of his house at 12pm to our destination at TPY. We reached TPY at 12.30pm & had our lunch in 1 of the coffee shop before proceeding to HDB for the rest of our activities as plan.

2pm, we went straight to HDB & take a look at the show flat which is located in Level 3 since we have sometime before our que. There are 4 different types of show flat unit shown which consist of 2rm, 3rm, 4rm and 5rm with their measurement. I took some of the pic which i like shown in 4 & 5rm as a ref. for my reno. Quite nicely done up.

3pm, after seeing all units, we slowly walked to the information counter to get our que & have a look at the 3D model to choose our final choice. Have a few discussion with my bf & we decided to get the one facing the road instead.

I was flipping & looking out for our unit cos am afraid that it will be taken. While flipping the brochure, i realised that the mbr toliet basin is short rather than the long which i see in most unit. Gonez man.. Restricted space again.. Haiz.. Nothing can be done except to wait till take key & get ID to help to design.

After 45 mins past, our que number flashed. Yeah!! at last our turn to go in & the most happy is that our unit are not taken yet. We went into the rm and our CSO is a chn guy who serve us. The CSO is not helpful at all as we try to clear some of our doubts. His reply really make me argh..

Instead of helping us to clear our doubts, he told us what we see is what it is to be and FULLSTOP. He is also quite messy too. He misplaced my 3 mths payslip luckily managed to find it else #$%^&*@. Since, he is so unhelpful, we chosen our unit & left in 15mins time after making our deposit payment.

After we walked out of HDB. Phew~ everything have passed le~

Tomorrow we will be posting the other application. Hope everything goes fine for us. =)
